ST. PETER, Minn. -- The Augsburg College women's hockey team saw its five-game winning streak snapped in a 1-0 loss at Gustavus Adolphus College in Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference action on Friday night at the Don Roberts Ice Rink.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Augsburg surrendered a goal at the 11:33 mark of the second period, just the ninth goal surrendered by the Auggies in their first seven games of the season.
• Augsburg was outshot by a 21-20 margin by the Gusties, but outshot the Gusties 16-11 over the final two periods.

Megan Robertson (JR, Boissevain, Manitoba) had four shots on-goal for Augsburg, while
Mikayla Jones (FY, Stillwater, Minn.) had three shots.

Rebecca Sonnek (JR, Edina, Minn.) had 20 saves in goal for the Auggies.
• Both teams went 0-for-3 on the power play.
FOR THE FOES
• Courtney Bethune scored for the Gusties midway through the second period, assisted by Laura Johnson and Allie Stanger.
• Amanda DiNella had 20 saves in goal for the shutout win for the Gusties.
