Delaney Everett (SO, Brooklyn Center, Minn./Champlin Park HS) set a new single-game goals record for Augsburg College, scoring seven goals in the Auggies' nonconference women's lacrosse win over the University of Dallas on Sunday morning at Hamline University's Klas Field.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Trailing 2-1 seven minutes into the game, Augsburg scored five straight goals to take a lead it would not relinquish. Everett and
Shelby Brion (SR, Clearwater, Minn./Monticello HS) scored two goals each in the Auggie run. Augsburg held a 7-3 lead at halftime.
• With her seven goals, Everett broke the single-game school record for goals, six, set twice earlier this season by teammate
Helena Nguyen (SO, Maple Grove, Minn.). Everett's seven points ties the program's single-game points record, now set twice by her and twice by Nguyen in program history.
• Brion had three goals for the Auggies, whileÂ
Izzy Snow (FY, Golden Valley, Minn./Robbinsdale Armstrong HS) scored a goal and added three assists.Â
Sheala Osborne (FY, West St. Paul, Minn./Cretin-Derham Hall HS) andÂ
Rachel Frantz (JR, Mounds View, Minn./Irondale HS) had a goal and assist each.
• Nguyen claimed two assists, with
Becky Genzler (FY, Farmington, Minn.) andÂ
Christina Nelson (FY, Bloomington, Minn./Kennedy HS) also claiming an assist each.
• Nelson had six caused turnovers, five ground balls and two draw controls in the game, while Everett had five ground balls, four draw controls and a caused turnover.
• Frantz had three ground balls and two caused turnovers. Nguyen had two caused turnovers, two draw controls and a ground ball.

Marissa Guillou (SO, Burnsville, Minn./Apple Valley HS) had seven saves.
• Augsburg outshot Dallas by a 27-18 margin and had 24 ground balls to Dallas' 21. The Auggies had 11 draw controls to Dallas' 10.
• Augsburg clinched its first winning regular season in the three year history of the program. The Auggies went 6-7 in 2014 and 7-8 in 2015.
FOR THE FOES
• Lexi Leite and Sarah Schmitz scored two goals each for the Crusaders, while Colby Madrigal had a goal and an assist. Hayley Rodgers also had an assist.
• Frances Davis had four caused turnovers and four ground balls.
• Kyla Mangham had five saves in goal for Dallas.
