• Ben Henry (SR, Manitowoc, Wis./Lincoln HS) figured in the scoring on Augsburg's first two goals, scoring on a rebound goal on a scramble following a corner kick in the 15th minute, and assisting on a give-and-go goal by Luke Falk (SO, Waukesha, Wis./Waukesha West HS) in the 24th minute.
• Bobby Kohl (JR, Shorewood, Wis.) put the Auggies up 4-1 with a blast from 33 yards out in the 43rd minute.
• Augsburg outshot Viterbo by a 15-9 margin in the first half, but Viterbo outshot Augsburg by a 12-6 margin in the second half and overtime, as the teams both had 21 shots. Viterbo had eight corner kicks to Augsburg's six.

QUOTES FROM AUGSBURG HEAD COACH GREG HOLKER
• "That was a wild one. A neutral fan would have enjoyed it, for sure."
• "Peyton Boich was worth the price of admission. Both of his free kicks were of the highest quality and he worked so hard all game. He's a real student -- he wants to learn and grow and he's willing to do all the work. I am so excited to have him here."
• "Credit to Viterbo for fighting back into that one after trailing 4-1 at the half. Unfortunately, we made it possible with our sloppy play on the ball in the back third and our poor match management. This was unlike us -- we spent too much time focusing on the wrong things and we got what we deserved for it at the end of the game. We can just thank Peyton for bailing us out."

UP NEXT
• Augsburg returns to MIAC play on Tuesday (9/27) at 7:30 p.m., hosting Saint John's at Edor Nelson Field.
