QUOTES FROM AUGSBURG HEAD COACH GREG HOLKER
• "I wish the post counted for something. We hit it at least three times in good spots, and really should have buried this game. With teams like Hamline, which is hard to break and always sticks around, you pay the price for not ending it when you should."
• "King scored because we weren't aware of him for a moment -- and that's all he needs. So close, and so many good things to take from this game -- but it's hard to swallow right now because we feel we lost points."
• "We had good interchange from our reconstructed midfield and our first-year students did a really good job. Lionel stood out again and scored a screamer early on to set the tone, while Ebesa managed the rhythm from his spot deeper in midfield. Those two were solid."
• "We are getting better, and that's what matters. We are certainly closer to a positive result than we were last week, and that's the focus for us. We head to Macalester for their Homecoming on Wednesday on a difficult field, and who knows -- but we are going to work on us, no matter what."
