NEW ULM, Minn. -- Aiza Wilson (SO, Minneapolis, Minn/DeLaSalle HS) led the Augsburg University women's basketball team in a 69-60 loss to Martin Luther College in nonconference action on Friday night.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• After leading 33-31 at the half, Augsburg wasn't able to pull out the win, as the Knights made 5-of-6 free throws in the final 1:12 to seal the victory.
• Wilson scored a season-best 13 points to lead Augsburg in the nonconference loss.

Bridget Bednar (SR, Pierz, Minn./Pierz HS) also scored in double figures for Augsburg, finishing with 11 points, four rebounds, three steals and two blocked shots.
• The Auggies were led on the boards by Jazmyn Solseth (FY, Inver Grove Heights, Minn./St. Croix Lutheran HS), who pulled down five rebounds, while adding seven points and three blocked shots.

Arianna Jones (SO, Brooklyn Park, Minn./Osseo HS) dished out a team-best four assists and picked up a team-best four steals, while adding eight points and four steals.
• The Augsburg defense forced 27 turnovers, while picking up 16 steals.
• For the game, Augsburg shot 35.3 percent (24-of-68) from the field, while Martin Luther converted on 42.6 percent (20-of-47) of its shot attempts. The Knights posted a 50-30 advantage on the boards.
FOR THE FOES
• Martin Luther finished with four players in double figures, led by an 18-point, 13-rebound effort by Grace Schultz.
• Jade St. Germaine also posted a double-double for the Knights, finishing with 14 points and 12 rebounds.
