MINNEAPOLIS -- The Augsburg University men's basketball team moved to 2-0 on the young season with an 81-76 win over the University of Minnesota Morris in nonconference action on Saturday afternoon in Morris.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Augsburg jumped out to a quick 13-3 lead to start the game. Morris was able to cut the lead to four, but the Auggies took a 47-37 advantage into the locker room at the half. The Cougars cut the Augsburg lead to 75-73 with 50 seconds to play, but Augsburg used aÂ

Collin Olmscheid (SR, Buffalo, Minn./Buffalo HS) led all players with 25 points on 9-of-13Â shooting, while also picking up a game-high seven rebounds.
• For the second time in two games, Sabatke tied an Augsburg career-high, finishing with 14 points, while adding three rebounds and a pair of steals and assists.

Kevin McKiernan (JR, Savage, Minn./Prior Lake HS) also finished in double figures for Augsburg, finishing with 11 and 10 points respectively.

• For the game, Augsburg shot 47.4 percent (27-of-57) from the field, while the Cougars hit 26-of-57 (45.6 percent) from the floor.
• The Auggies claimed a narrow 35-33 advantage on the boards.
FOR THE FOES
• Morris had three players finish in double figures, led by the duo of CD Douglas and Noah Grove, who finished with 21 and 19 points respectively.
• James Pendleton added 10 points for the Cougars.
