HOW IT HAPPENED
• Augsburg dominated throughout the game, outshooting the Cougars by a 27-4 margin and claiming 13 corner kicks to its opponent's two. Three of Augsburg's goals came off of corner kicks, including its last goal of the game, as a corner kick by Natalee Lessert (FY, Farmington, Minn./Farmington HS) bent into the net in the 84th minute.
• Gregory scored two unassisted goals for her first career multi-goal game -- off a steal from 30 yards out in the 28th minute and on a long rising shot from 20 yards out in the 51st minute.
• St. Aubin, last year's MIAC scoring champion, claimed her fourth career multi-goal game with her two goals, also unassisted, in the 33rd and 54th minutes. She now has 18 goals in her 24-game collegiate career.
• Nora Edelen (JR, Middleton, Wis./Middleton HS) had two assists off her corner kicks -- feeding Jada Olson (SO, Duluth, Minn./Duluth East HS) on a header to open the scoring in the 27th minute, and putting a ball into the center of the box to Gabriela Encarnacion (SO, Bel Air, Md./Bel Air HS), whose move in front was deflected to Jessy Wiskofske (JR, Wausau, Wis./Wausau West HS), who scored her first collegiate goal in the 68th minute.
• Emily Chapman (SO, Elburn, Ill./Kaneland HS) and Marissa Guillou (SR, Burnsville, Minn./Apple Valley HS) each had one save in goal to share the shutout -- their eighth combined shutout in the last two seasons.

It was good to see our new players find their roles and enact our style of play. Sunday will be a big test, as Wartburg is an extremely strong and talented team."
