QUOTES FROM AUGSBURG HEAD COACH GREG HOLKER
• "Three points in our league are valued no matter what. This was a tricky game -- and Saint Mary's is a very good opponent. They have a goalkeeper that is top class. He absolutely kept them in this game, denying four sure goals."
• "It was good to finally get
Ebesa Hamid back on the field, and although it's going to take some time to get his fitness up and get back into a rhythm, it's a boost for our team for sure."
• "TJ (
T.J. Johnson) and
Luke Falk did a good job keeping them in front of us and dealing with all their long throw-ins and long free kicks. Those are an absolute pain to deal with and we got through it with a clean sheet, something we've been aiming for in training."
