ST. PAUL, Minn. -- Claiming a 22-9 advantage in shots, the Augsburg University women's soccer team extended its winning streak to six straight games with a 4-1 nonconference victory at the University of Northwestern-St. Paul on Wednesday evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Augsburg was led by forward
Ashley St. Aubin (JR, Burnsville, Minn./Burnsville HS), who scored two goals with an assist. She opened the scoring with a goal just 7:10 into play, then scored again 2:15 into the second half, and later assisted on a goal by
Gabriela Encarnacion (JR, Bel Air, Md./Bel Air HS).
• With her 12th multi-goal game of her career and fourth this season, St. Aubin extended her consecutive-game goal-scoring streak to 10 games. She has 13 goals and seven assists for 33 points in the 10-game scoring streak.

Ana Ortiz (FY, Waterloo, Iowa/Columbus Catholic HS) scored her second goal of the season at the 18:16 mark of the game, and Encarnacion capped the Auggie scoring with her fifth goal of the season, assisted by St. Aubin, at the 56:45 mark.
• Augsburg held a 15-2 shots advantage in the first half, en route to its 22-9 advantage. The Auggies also had seven corner kicks to the Eagles' two.
