QUOTES FROM AUGSBURG COACH MIKE NAVARRE
• "While I felt we could have been more patient on the ball, overall we were solid tonight. We got strong performances from all levels within our system. In particular, Ashley was dominant offensively and Emily was outstanding in goal, coming up with a massive save on a PK near the end to keep a clean sheet."
• "This game provided an opportunity for us to further establish our style of play, something we obviously need to do going forward. We will need to be sharp this weekend as UWEC will be a strong test for us on Saturday."
UP NEXT
• Augsburg has its first road game of the season on Saturday (9/8) at 2 p.m., traveling to Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
