Auggies even record at 2-2, blank Blugolds

MINNEAPOLIS -- Ashley St. Aubin (JR, Burnsville, Minn./Burnsville HS) had a goal and assist, and Gabriela Encarnacion (JR, Bel Air, Md./Bel Air HS) and Jessy Wiskofske (SR, Wausau, Wis./Wausau West HS) added goals, as the Augsburg University women's soccer team evened its record at 2-2-0 with a 3-0 win at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire on Saturday.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Encarnacion opened the scoring for the Auggies in the 14th minute, scoring her first goal of the season, with St. Aubin assisting.
• St. Aubin deposited her fourth goal of the season in the 36th minute, assisted by Nora Edelen (SR, Middleton, Wis./Middleton HS),
• Wiskofske capped the scoring for the Auggies with an unassisted marker in the 57th minute.
• Augsburg goalkeeper Emily Chapman (JR, Elburn, Ill./Kaneland HS) claimed four saves to record her fifth career shutout. 
• Both teams had 15 shots in the game. St. Aubin had seven shots, while Encarnacion had three shots. Wiskofske and Claire Popp (SO, New Berlin, WIs./New Berlin Eisenhower HS) had two shots each.

FOR THE FOES
• Emma Stange had three shots for UW-Eau Claire, while Monica Zoellner and Krista Koenig had two shots each.
• Sammie Lefaive had seven saves in goal for the Blugolds.
