MINNEAPOLIS --
Emily Ach (JR, Brooklyn Park, Minn./Park Center HS) claimed her second career multi-goal game, scoring twice to lead the Augsburg University women's hockey team in a 6-1 Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference victory over St. Olaf College on Friday evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Ach's two goals led a balanced Augsburg scoring attack in the victory. Eleven different Auggies figured in the scoring with goals or assists, including five different goal-scorers. So far this season, 15 different Auggies have scored goals, and 17 of the 22 skaters who have seen playing time this season have goals or assists.

Lanie Lobdell (SO, Aurora, Ill./Metea Valley HS) scored her first collegiate goal at the 6:15 mark of the first period, an unassisted tally. Ach followed at the 11:17 mark with her first goal, assisted by
Ellie Tabaka (JR, Maplewood, Minn./Tartan HS) and
Jacie Hoehn (SR, Waseca, Minn./Kasson-Mantorville HS).
• After St. Olaf cut the lead to 2-1, the Auggies scored the final four goals of the contest. Augsburg scored twice in a 2:13 span midway through the second period, with
Bailey Beane (SR, Stillwater, Minn./Stillwater HS) scoring from
Jeanette Bealke (JR, White Bear Lake, Minn./White Bear Lake HS), and
Mikayla Jones (JR, Oak Park Heights, Minn./B.E. Emerson Prep HS) scoring from
McKenna Ellena (SO, Wales, Wis./Kettle Moraine HS).
• Ach notched her second goal of the game in the third period, assisted by Hoehn and
Hollywood Hermanson (JR, Dover, Minn./Dover-Eyota HS), and
Kayla Murray (SR, Beaver Dam, Wis./Beaver Dam HS) capped the Auggie scoring with a goal from
Bridget Walter (SR, Princeton, Minn./Princeton HS).
• Augsburg dominated offensively, outshooting St. Olaf by a 38-15 margin. The Auggies outshot the Oles by a 15-5 margin in the second period and by a 13-2 margin in the third period.
• Making her first collegiate start and just her third appearance in goal, Bollig collected 18 saves, including the last 14 shots she faced in the second period, third period and overtime.

Annie Juergens (JR, Lino Lakes, Minn./Centennial HS) stopped 14 of the 15 shots she faced in goal to claim the victory.
FOR THE FOES
• Kalli McCullen scored the lone goal of the game for St. Olaf at the 5:39 mark of the second period, assisted by Carolyn Carpenter.
• Sam Klemann had 32 saves in goal for the Oles.
