Bridget Wagner (JR, Niles, Ill./Maine South HS) scored a pair of goals, and
McKenna Manalli (SR, Byron, Ill./Byron HS) stopped all 17 shots she faced in goal for her fourth career shutout, as the Augsburg University women's hockey team finished a Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference sweep of St. Olaf College with a 5-0 win on Saturday evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Wagner figured in the scoring on three Augsburg goals on Saturday, with two goals and an assist.
McKenna Ellena (SO, Wales, Wis./Kettle Moraine HS) had a goal and an assist for the Auggies in the win.
• Wagner opened the scoring with a goal at the 7:04 mark of the first period, assisted by
Valerie Whichello (SR, Woodbury, Minn./East Ridge HS).
Mackenzie Molnar (JR, Inver Grove Heights, Minn./Cretin-Derham Hall HS) followed with a power-play goal at the 12:05 mark of the period, assisted byÂ
Ellie Tabaka (JR, Maplewood, Minn./Tartan HS) and Wagner.
• Wagner pocketed her second goal of the season and team-high-tying ninth goal fo the season at the 7:44 mark of the second period, assisted by Ellena. Wagner's nine goals are tied for fourth-most
among MIAC players in overall statistics, and her team-leading 18 points (nine goals, nine assists) are fifth-most in the MIAC.
• The Auggies scored two goals in a 40-second span late in the third period to cap the win.
Mikayla Jones (JR, Oak Park Heights, Minn./B.E. Emerson Prep HS) scored from
Bridget Walter (SR, Princeton, Minn./Princeton HS) at the 15:03 mark, and Ellena scored her first goal of the season from
Kalli Prekker (SO, Maple Grove, Minn./Maple Grove HS) at the 15:43 mark.
• Manalli stopped all 17 shots she faced in goal to claim her second shutout of the season and fourth of her collegiate career. She is now 5-2-0 in seven starts this season and 14-3-1 in 22 games (18 starts) in her Auggie career.
• Augsburg outshot St. Olaf by a 45-17 margin, part of a weekend where it claimed an 83-32 shots advantage and an 11-1 advantage in scoring.
FOR THE FOES
• Kaitlyn Pellicci had 36 saves in goal for St. Olaf in 55:43 of action, with Ivy Shonka recording four saves in 4:17 of relief.
