MINNEAPOLIS -- Augsburg University took a lead early in the second period on a power-play goal, but two power-play goals by Gustavus Adolphus College later in the period provided the difference in a 2-1 Gustie win in Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference men's hockey play on Saturday evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Augsburg took a 1-0 lead on the power play at the 3:57 mark of the second period, as
Gunnar Goodmanson (JR, Buffalo, Minn./Buffalo HS) redirected a shot in front from
Gavin Holland (SO, Stillwater, Minn./Stillwater HS) off the left half-wall.
Jason Krych (SR, Champlin, Minn./Totino-Grace HS) received the second assist on the goal, Goodmanson's fourth of the season.
• Gustavus then took the lead on its two power-play opportunities later in the period, with the tying goal coming at the 8:11 mark and the go-ahead goal on a 4-on-3 power-play at the 19:41 mark.
• Gustavus outshot Augsburg by a 30-21 margin in the game.
Patrick O'Connor (SO, Moorhead, Minn./Moorhead HS) had four shots on-goal for the Auggies.
