ST. PETER, Minn. -- With an unassisted goal early in the second period providing the only scoring, the No. 6-ranked Gustavus Adolphus College women's hockey team scored a 1-0 win over visiting Augsburg University in a Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference contest on Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Augsburg was outshot by a 27-20 margin in the game, but held a 10-5 advantage in the third period. 
• Emily Ach (SR, Brooklyn Park, Minn./Park Center HS) had seven shots on-goal for the Auggies, while Nikki Nightengale (SR, Bloomington, Minn./Jefferson HS) had three shots. Lexie Nelson (SO, Hudson, Wis./Hudson HS) and Lanie Lobdell (JR, Aurora, Ill./Metea Valley HS) had two shots each.
• Goalie Annie Juergens (SR, Lino Lakes, Minn./Centennial HS) stopped 26 of the 27 shots she faced in goal.

FOR THE FOES
• Clara Billings scored the lone goal of the game, an unassisted goal at the 2:06 mark of the second period.
• Gustavus goalie Emilia Helms-Leslie had 20 saves for the shutout win.
