HOW IT HAPPENED
• Martinsen extended his season-opening point streak to four straight games, scoring from
Gunnar Goodmanson (JR, Buffalo, Minn./Buffalo HS) and
Gavin Holland (SO, Stillwater, Minn./Stillwater HS) at the 14:15 mark of the second period, then scoring a power-play goal from Goodmanson and
Patrick O'Connor (SO, Moorhead, Minn./Moorhead HS) at the 13:55 mark of the third period.
• Goalie Robbel, making his second collegiate start, scored an unlikely goal at the 19:30 mark of the third period. With Hamline pulling its goalie on a power play, Robbel gained the puck behind the net and wrapped a shot high around the glass, which then traveled down the ice and into the empty net to cap the scoring for the Auggies.

Ben Henderson (SO, North Branch, Minn./Totino-Grace HS) assisting.
• After Hamline tied the game at 2-2 after two periods, Augsburg scored three goals in the final period, with
Matt Nehls (JR, Boulder, Colo./D.C. West HS) giving the Auggies the lead to stay with an unassisted goal 3:38 into the frame.
• In addition to his goal, Robbel had 13 saves to pick up his second victory of the season.
