TACOMA, Wash. -- Rallying from a 2-0 halftime deficit with three goals in the final half-hour of play, the Augsburg University men's soccer team scored a 3-2 win over Pacific Lutheran University in a key nonconference game between two 2018 NCAA Division III national tournament teams on Sunday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Trailing 2-0 at halftime, the Auggies scored in the 60th minute, as Antonio Magadan (SO, Maple Grove, Minn./Maple Grove HS) scored his first collegiate goal, as Lionel Vang (SR, Little Canada, Minn./Roseville HS) fed him from the end line for the score.
• Johnny Vu (JR, Maplewood, Minn./Roseville HS) tied the game with an unassisted goal at the 81:30 mark, claiming a loose ball following a throw-in at the front of the net, scoring the second goal of his collegiate career.
• With 2:23 left in regulation time, Daniel Hedstrom (SR, Hermantown, Minn./Hermantown HS) scored the eventual game-winning goal, heading home a free kick by Vang for the ninth goal of his college career.
• Augsburg was outshot by Pacific Lutheran by a 12-10 margin, but the Auggies scored on three of their four shots on-goal in the second half.
• Playing in relief of starter Garrett Kaelin (SR, Stillwater, Minn./Hill-Murray HS) in the second half, goalie Zachary Berg (SO, Lakeville, Minn./Farmington HS) claimed four saves to pick up his third collegiate victory for the Auggies.
