BLAINE, Minn. --
Lanie Lobdell (JR, Aurora, Ill./Metea Valley HS) claimed her first collegiate multi-goal and multi-point game, scoring two goals with an assist in the Augsburg University women's hockey team's 6-0 Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference win over Bethel University on Saturday, completing a shutout series sweep.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Lobdell scored the first two goals of the game for the Auggies. She scored from
Nikki Nightengale (SR, Bloomington, Minn./Jefferson HS) and
Mackenzie Molnar (SR, Inver Grove Heights, Minn./Cretin-Derham Hall HS) at the 12:59 mark of the first period, then scored from
Jeanette Bealke (SR, White Bear Lake, Minn./White Bear Lake HS) and
Jenna Gerold (FY, Farmington, Minn./Farmington HS) at the 10:49 mark of the second period.
• Lobdell also assisted on the final goal of the game, as
Hannah Gold (SO, Mequon, Wis./Mequon HS) scored at the 16:21 mark of the third period.
• In the second period, Molnar scored from Gerold at the 13:34 mark, and
McKenna Ellena (JR, Wales, Wis./Kettle Moraine HS) scored an unassisted goal at the 15:36 mark.

Annie Juergens (SR, Lino Lakes, Minn./Centennial HS) collected her 10th career shutout, and second this season, with a 20-save effort in goal.

• Augsburg, which has now won seven of its last eight games, has now outscored its opponents by a 45-23 margin. The Auggies are third in the MIAC in both scoring offense (3.21 goals per-game) and scoring defense (1.64 goals allowed per-game).
