Emily Cronkhite (FY, Eagan, Minn./Eagan HS) scored her first two collegiate goals in a 1:47 span in the third period, giving her Augsburg University women's hockey team the lead for good in a 5-3 Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference win over Hamline University, as the teams split the weekend series.

• Augsburg took a 2-0 lead early in the second period, with a goal midway through the first frame from
Kiley Wahlin (FY, Blaine, Minn./Totino-Grace HS) and a goal 75 seconds into the second period by
Kennedy Stein (SO, Lake Forest, Ill./Lake Forest HS), assisted byÂ
Lilia Scheid (SR, Stillwater, Minn./Middleton (Wis.) HS) and
Kensie Malone (SO, Minneapolis, Minn./Gentry Academy HS).
• The Pipers tied the game with a pair of goals later in the second period, but Cronkhite's two goals -- a score from
Jenna Gerold (JR, Farmington, Minn./Farmington HS) at the 6:34 mark of the third period and an unassisted, shorthanded goal at the 8:21 mark, gave the Auggies the lead to stay.
• Hamline cut the lead to 4-3 with a power-play goal at the 9:57 mark of the final frame, but Augsburg's Gerold scored an unassisted goal 27 seconds later for the final margin of victory.
• Augsburg outshot Hamline by a 26-20 margin, with Cronkhite recording four shots and Malone, Stein and
Carleigh Drill (JR, Madison, Wis./Madison East HS) claiming three shots each.
