DULUTH, Minn. -- Kennedy Stein (SO, Lake Forest, Ill./Lake Forest HS) scored the lone goal of the game for the Augsburg University women's hockey team in a 4-1 Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference loss at the College of St. Scholastica on Saturday evening.

• Stein tied the game at 1-1 with a goal from Kensie Malone (SO, Minneapolis, Minn./Gentry Academy HS) at the 12:09 mark of the first period.
• St. Scholastica scored the final three goals of the game, with a pair of goals in the second period and an empty-net goal in the final minute of play.
• Augsburg outshot St. Scholastica by a 41-31 margin in the game. Stein had six shots on-goal, while Katie Flynn (JR, Woodbury, Minn./East Ridge HS) and Claire Jenkins Coffman (SO, Mount Pleasant, Wis./The Prairie School) had five shots each. Lilia Scheid (SR, Stillwater, Minn./Middleton (Wis.) HS) had four shots on-goal.
• Auggie goalie Mara McClain (JR, Bloomington, Minn./Jefferson HS) had 27 saves.
