QUOTE FROM AUGSBURG COACH MIKE NAVARRE
• "Overall I was proud of our effort tonight. The players responded well to our halftime adjustments and we created some great moments in the early stages of the second half. Unfortunately, we just were not able to capitalize. Both teams played hard; it was great to be able to compete again at this level after such a long layoff. Night games on our field are just awesome. I'm grateful our players got to experience that energy again. It's been difficult to gain traction with all the pauses, restrictions, and players out of the environment ,and yet I still see our group growing. As we get more of our players back and get some quality trainings in, I'm confident we will experience an ascension."
