LOCATION: Rollins College, Winter Park, Fla.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• The Knights were the stronger team in the opening minutes, winning the tip-off and scoring the game's first seven points. The Auggies got on the board with a pair of jumpers from
Colin Meade (JR, Rochester, Minn./Lourdes HS) and
Will Blascziek (So, Lakeville, Minn./Lakeville North HS) to cut the deficit to three and hung around in the following minutes, making it a three-point game on three separate occasions. Leading 12-9 with 13:42 on the clock, the Knights began to pull away for the remainder of the half as they continued to expand their lead and took a 39-17 advantage into the locker room.
• The Knights remained in control throughout the second half as Augsburg never managed to cut the deficit below 20 points.
•
Isaac Rabaey (SO, Hastings, Minn./Hastings HS) proved to be the top offensive threat for the Auggies as he knocked down five of his ten attempts from the floor to tie his career-high with 11 points while pulling down six rebounds, both team highs.
• Blascziek led the starting five with five points and a rebound while
Kayser Hassan (FY, Apple Valley, Minn./Eastview HS) and Meade added four points each.
• Effort off the bench was a bright spot for the Auggies as they outscored Calvin 33-24 in the category, thanks in large part to Rabaey's 11 points and five each from
Nick Hendler (JR, Shakopee, Minn./Holy Family Catholic HS) and
Sam Olson (SO, Blaine, Minn./Blaine HS)
FOR THE FOES
• Jalen Overway led both teams with 14 points while Uchenna Egekeze logged a 10-point, 11-rebound double-double.
