Brooke Leone (SR, Rochester, Minn./Mayo HS) scored the lone goal of the game for Augsburg University with 1:29 left in the third period, in the Auggies' 3-1 road loss to Saint Mary's University in Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference women's hockey action on Friday evening.

• Trailing 3-0 late, Augsburg scored on an extra-attacker goal, as Leone scored her fourth goal of the year on a slap shot from the right faceoff dot.
Payton Allen (JR, St. Michael, Minn./St. Michael-Albertville HS) and
Katie Flynn (JR, Woodbury, Minn./East Ridge HS) assisted on the goal.
• Augsburg outshot Saint Mary's by a 29-16 margin in the game, but the Cardinals were able to score a goal in each period in the victory.
Emily Cronkhite (FY, Eagan, Minn./Eagan HS) had five shots on-goal in the game.
