Shelby Ramirez (FY, Winthrop, Minn./Gibbon-Fairfax-Winthrop HS) scored two goals for the Augsburg University women's lacrosse team in a 21-3 nonconference loss at Linfield University on Thursday evening.

• Linfield scored the first nine goals of the game in the opening 12:22 of play before Ramirez scored the Auggies' first goal. The Wildcats ran off another 10 straight goals before Ramirez and
Maylynn Prokopec (SO, Owatonna, Minn./Owatonna HS) scored a pair of goals at the end of the third quarter.
• Ramirez had five ground balls and two draw controls for the Auggies, whiile Prokopec added three ground balls.

FOR THE FOES
• Abby Ross scored six goals with two assists and six draw controls for Linfield, while Amelia Wright added six goals. Behany Shade had two goals, five assists, 11 draw controls and four caused turnovers.
