BLAINE, Minn. -- Dylan Schneider (SO, Rochester, Minn./Shattuck-St. Mary's HS) opened the scoring for Augsburg University with a goal four minutes into the game, but Bethel University scored four unanswered goals to claim a 4-1 Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference victory on Friday evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Schneider put the Auggies on the board at the 4:09 mark of the first period, scoring on a sliding shot in the slot, off a pass in front by Fritz Belisle (SR, Red Wing, Minn./Red Wing HS). Gavin Holland (SR, Stillwater, Minn./Stillwater HS) had the second assist on the goal.
• Bethel evened the game with a goal 2:25 later, and took the lead 73 seconds after that on a power-play goal.
• Bethel outshot Augsburg by a 16-3 margin in the first period, but the Auggies peppered the goal in the final two periods, with a 29-11 advantage for a final 32-27 shots on-goal total. 
• Making just his third start in goal after battling an injury from the first game of the season, goalie Jack Robbel (SR, Bloomington, Minn./Shattuck-St. Mary's HS) had 23 saves in goal for the Auggies.
• Michael Redmon (SR, Brighton, Mich./Centennial (Tenn.) HS) had six shots on-goal for Augsburg, while Holland had five shots.

FOR THE FOES
• Dylan Giorgio had a goal and an assist for Bethel, with Tyler Braccini, Jack Bayless and Caydon Meyer adding the other Royal goals.
• Austin Ryman had 31 saves in goal for the Royals.
