ST. PETER, Minn. – Outshot by a 28-8 margin, the Augsburg University women's hockey team dropped a 4-0 decision to top-ranked Gustavus Adolphus College on Saturday afternoon, taking a split of a key Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference weekend series.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Augsburg surrendered a pair of goals in a four-minute span early in the game, and gave up power-play goals in the second and third periods.

Chloe Stockinger (JR, Sauk Rapids, Minn./Sauk Rapids-Rice HS) had 24 saves in goal for the Auggies.
• Gustavus went 2-for-4 on the power play, while Augsburg was shut out on four power-play opportunities in the game.
FOR THE FOES
• Lindsey Bjerke, Margot Bettman, Brooke Remington and Kayla Vrieze scored goals for Gustavus.
• Katie McCoy had eight saves in goal for the shutout win.
