LOCATION: Ed Saugestad Rink, Minneapolis
RECORDS: Augsburg 3-2-1 overall (1-0-0 MIAC), Saint Mary's 1-6-0 overall (1-2-0 MIAC)

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Vyletelka stopped all 41 shots he faced to claim his eighth career shutout in his 40th career game in goal. The 41 saves are the most in a regulation game in Vyletelka's career. He recorded 72 saves in Augsburg's 2-1, four-overtime NCAA Division III national tournament loss at Wisconsin-Stevens Point on March 11, 2023.
• Chladek claimed his second career multi-goal game in the victory. His first goal came at the 6:41 mark of the second period, as he took a lead pass from Erik Palmqvist (SR, Linkoping, Sweden/Anderstorpsgymnasiet) and behind the defense for an easy score. Michael Ferrandino (JR, Lisle, Ill./Waterloo West (Iowa) HS had the second assist.
• Chladek's second goal capped the scoring, a power-play marker at 14:19 of the third period, on a blast from the left faceoff circle following feeds by Vincent Weis (SR, Madison, Wis./Madison Edgewood HS) and Logan Kons (SR, Niles, Ill./Niles West HS).
• Nick Catalano (SO, Pewaukee, Wis./Arrowhead Union HS) opened the scoring, completing a tic-tac-toe play in the slot from Jake Hale (SO, Minneapolis, Minn./Apex Virtual School) and Cade Stibbe (SO, Fargo, N.D./Fargo Davies HS) at the 15:50 mark of the first period.
• Fritz Belisle (SR, Red Wing, Minn./Red Wing HS) gave the Auggies a 3-0 lead with a power-play goal, his second of the season, at the 9:14 mark of the second frame, firing a one-timer from the right faceoff dot off a pass by Stibbe and initial feed from Palmqvist.
• Landon Parker (FY, East Grand Forks, Minn./East Grand Forks HS) scored his first collegiate goal 4:32 into the third period, tipping home a shot from the point by Jake Osiecki (SR, Verona, Wis./Verona HS), with Belisle getting the second assist.
• Tommy Carls (SR, Lino Lakes, Minn./Centennial HS) scored his first goal of the season at the 11:30 mark of the third period, driving to the net on a breakaway for the score. James Miller (SO, Excelsior, Minn./Minnetonka HS) and Ferrandino assisted on the score.
