MINNEAPOLIS –
Nick Catalano (SO, Pewaukee, Wis./Arrowhead Union HS) claimed his second collegiate multi-goal game, scoring a pair of goals for the Augsburg University men's hockey team in its 4-2 Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference victory over St. Olaf College, as the Auggies salvaged a series split with the Oles.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Catalano scored his first goal of the game at the 17:28 mark of the first period, a power-play marker, as he pounced on the puck on a rebound off the boards following a wide shot by
Logan Kons (SR, Niles, Ill./Niles West HS).
Daniel Chladek (SR, Anaheim, Calif./Canyon HS) received the second assist.
• The teams exchanged a pair of goals in the second period.
Landon Parker (FY, East Grand Forks, Minn./East Grand Forks HS) took a pass in the slot from
Duke Kiffin (FY, Shorewood, Minn./Minnetonka HS) and scored at the 12:09 mark, with
Luke Mountain (JR, Woodbury, Minn./Shattuck-St. Mary's HS) receiving the second assist.
• Catalano scored his second goal at the 16:20 mark, finding an open right side of the net off a pass through the slot by
Kyler Yeo (SR, Woodbury, Minn./Hill-Murray HS), fed by
Fritz Belisle (SR, Red Wing, Minn./Red Wing HS).
• Belisle added an insurance goal on the power play 3:47 into the third period, scoring a rebound in front off a shot from the point by
Erik Palmqvist (SR, Linkoping, Sweden/Anderstorpsgymnasiet), with
Michael Ferrandino (JR, Lisle, Ill./Waterloo West HS) receiving the second assist.
• Augsburg outshot St. Olaf by a 30-26 margin. Both teams were 2-of-5 on the power play.

Samuel Vyletelka (JR, Zilina, Slovakia/Grammar School of St. Francis of Assisi) collected 24 saves in goal for the Auggies.
