Elizabeth Fagerlind (JR, Kasson, Minn./Kasson-Mantorville HS) gained the puck on the halfwall in her own zone, and tapped the puck to

But Augsburg worked itself back into the contest, scoring twice in a 1:29 span midway through the second period to tie the game. The teams exchanged goals after that, with the Auggies tying the game at 4-4 on Stein's eighth goal of the season, a rising shot off a steal by
Claire Jenkins Coffman (SR, Mount Pleasant, Wis./The Prairie School), with 8:21 remaining in regulation.
• The trio of
Emily Cronkhite (JR, Eagan, Minn./Eagan HS),
Ella Olson (FY, Maple Grove, Minn./Maple Grove HS) and
Nora Stepan (SO, Apple Valley, Minn./Eastview HS) gave the Auggies their first two goals of the game. Olson then scored the seventh goal of her rookie campaign at the 11:12 mark, scoring from the right faceoff dot on a rebound of a shot from the point by Stepan. Cronkhite had the second assist.
