NEW ULM, Minn. -- Outscored by a 16-8 margin in the fourth quarter, the Augsburg University women's basketball team dropped a 56-50 nonconference decision at Martin Luther College on Monday evening.

• Neither team led by more than six points in the game, which featured 10 ties and seven lead changes. The host Knights hit 5-of-12 from the field in the fourth quarter, compared to 2-of-16 for the Auggies.Â

Amira LaDuke (JR, Cass Lake, Minn./Cass Lake-Bena HS) led the Auggies, scoring 19 points, adding eight rebounds, two assists, a blocked shot and a steal.

Wakinyela Bear (JR, Morrison, Colo./Meskwaki (Iowa) HS) scored nine points with six rebounds and three steals, andÂ
Saylor Gallagher (SO, Mounds View, Minn./Irondale HS) contributed eight rebounds with three steals.

Katie Manecke (SR, Shoreview, Minn./Mounds View HS) and
Melanie Delestrez (JR, Lake Stevens, Wash./Lake Stevens HS) scored five points each. Manecke had four rebounds and two assists, and Delestrez had a team-high nine rebounds.
