ST. PETER, Minn. – Completing a game that was originally started on January 20 before it was halted in the second quarter due to poor court conditions, the Augsburg University women's basketball team fell to fifth-ranked Gustavus Adolphus College 75-50 on Monday evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Originally started on January 20, the game was halted due to unplayable court conditions with 8:11 remaining in the second quarter with Gustavus leading 24-5. Picking the game up where it left off, the Auggies managed a 17-13 scoring advantage in the second quarter, but still trailed 37-22 at halftime.
• The Gusties controlled the pace of play in the third quarter, outscoring the Auggies 19-9 to take a 56-31 lead at the final quarter break. Each team scored 19 in the final frame as the Golden Gusties secured the 25-point win.

Wakinyela Bear (SO, Morrison, Colo./Meskwaki HS) reached double figures in scoring for the seventh game this season and the third in a row, scoring 11 points on 4-of-8 shooting and adding two rebounds, two assists, and a steal.
