•

Joseph Swallen (JR, Shoreview, Minn./Mounds View HS).
•
Tomas Menna (SR, Coon Rapids, Minn./Coon Rapids HS) then scored a pair of goals in a 40-second span, for his second career multi-goal game. In the 28th minute, he scored on a shot in front following a steal, drive up the right wing and pass across the 18-yard box by
Remus Repcak (SO, Tualatin, Ore./Tualatin HS). In the 29th minute, he chipped the ball for his third goal of the season in front, following a through pass by Repcak and a left-wing drive by
Ceazar Daniell (JR, Portland, Ore./Cleveland HS).
• After the Cardinals cut the lead to 3-2 in the 74th minute,
Mitchel Munzing (JR, Portland, Ore./Grant HS) extended his goal-scoring streak to five straight games with his seventh goal of the season in the 76th minute, completing a give-and-go with

QUOTES FROM AUGSBURG HEAD COACH GREG HOLKER
• "
Remus Repcak put in a shift today and created several great goal-scoring opportunities for the team. He was just outstanding on the edge from start to finish. Menna scored two from Remus, and was so close to a hat trick. He just ran into Daniel Sessler, who was unbelievable on the day. Without him, that scoreline is very different. I don't know what the final tally was, but he was special and that save he made on the penalty that would have made the game 4-1 was incredible."
• "I don't love that we gave up a goal 30 seconds after a lightning delay, but I do love how we bounced back to score three quick goals as a response. Their second goal came in transition after our missed penalty and added a little stress, but we once again responded well when Owen rolled Mitch in to keep his hot streak rolling."
• "We got our points, and now have to quickly recover because UW-River Falls is at Edor Nelson Field tomorrow for a 5 p.m. kickoff. We will likely have to mix up the squad, but what a great opportunity for some guys that are looking to help on the field."
