MINNEAPOLIS – The Augsburg University volleyball team wrapped up play at the 42
nd annual Augsburg Invitational volleyball tournament on Saturday afternoon, falling to Nebraska Wesleyan University in four sets at Si Melby Hall.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• The Auggies dominated the opening set, hitting on at an efficient .306 rate on the way to a 25-10 set win. The Prairie Wolves controlled the match from that point, winning the next three sets to claim the 3-1 match victory.
• As a team, Augsburg hit .167 while Nebraska Wesleyan hit .208. The Prairie Wolves logged 52 kills in the match compared to Augsburg's 41.

Bri Van Well (SR, Woodbury, Minn./Woodbury HS) logged her first double-double of the season in the match, finishing with 12 kills and 11 digs.
Madison Gully (SR, Oak Grove, Minn./St. Francis HS) tallied nine kills while hitting .250.

Angel Vo (SR, Blaine, Minn./Mounds View HS) also registered a double-double, logging 18 set assists and 13 digs for the Auggies. The trio of defensive specialists including
Elise Uphoff (SO, Marshfield, Wis./Marshfield HS),
Ava Carlson (FY, Cloquet, Minn./Cloquet HS), and
Torrie Rehder (SR, Goodhue, Minn./Goodhue HS) added 17, 15, and 11 digs, respectively.
BEYOND THE BOXSCORE
• With 44 kills on the weekend, Augsburg's
Bri Van Well was named to the nine-member All-Tournament Team:
