COLFAX, Wis. –
Mohammed Bati (SR, Dodola,Ethiopia/GAP School) claimed his third straight victory of the 2025 cross country season, leading Augsburg University at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Blugold Invitational on Friday morning at the Whitetail Golf Course.

MEN'S HIGHLIGHTS
• Running on the same course that will host the NCAA Division III North Regional on Nov. 15, Bati claimed a 10-second victory over a pair of University of Minnesota runners, completing the 8,000-meter course in 24:39.6, topping the 344-runner field with his 17th sub-25-minute 8K time in his 22 career races. The win was the 16th of his collegiate career.
Bati is currently ranked fourth in the latest FloTrack.org NCAA Division III individual national rankings.

Henry Nelson (SR, St. Louis Park, Minn./St. Louis Park HS) was the second finisher for Augsburg, finishing just seven seconds off his collegiate-best 8K time with a 28:36.9 finish, placing 209th.

Tyler Anderson (FY, Burnsville, Minn./Apple Valley HS) claimed his third straight season-best time, cutting 44.8 seconds off his previous best 8K time with a 33:00.0 finish.
Paul Yang (SO, St. Paul, Minn./Washington Tech Magnet HS) finished in 33:53.9,
Aaron Sanchez Salazar (FY, Eden Prairie, Minn./Eden Prairie HS) finished in 34:44.5, and
Tanner Rouillard-Horne (SO, St. Paul, Minn./Harding HS) finished in 39:32.9.
WOMEN'S HIGHLIGHTS

Alwena Brix (SO, Plouay, France/Lycee Jean Mace, Rennes) paced the Auggies in the 6,000-meter women's race, finishing in 29:02.1.

Davi Worman (JR, Edina, Minn./Groves Academy) finished in 32:23.2.

Emma Ryan (FY, St. Joseph, Minn./Rocori HS) recorded her third straight season-best time, taking nearly three minutes off her previous best with a 34:15.5 finish.
Nathalie Hain (SO, Pfaffenhofen, Germany Schyren-Gymnasium Pfaffenhofen) finished in 38:38.4.
