MINNEAPOLIS --
McKenna Nachreiner (JR, Waunakee, Wis./Waunakee HS) recorded her third career multi-goal game, tying the game twice for Augsburg University, but Gustavus Adolphus College took the lead on a penalty kick goal with 2:56 left in the game, claiming a 4-3 Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference women's soccer victory on Wednesday evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Nachreiner tied the game at 2-2 in the 49th minute, scoring on a rebound in the six-yard box off a free kick by
Avery Rich (SR, Minnetonka, Minn./Minnetonka HS), then tied the game at 3-3 with 5:44 left to play, making a pair of moves in the 18-yard box to elude a defender and sliding a shot from the right side to the low left corner of the goal.
• Gustavus took the lead on a goal 58 seconds into the game, but Augsburg tied it up just four minutes later, as
Lennon Folstad (FY, St. Paul, Minn./Central HS) scored her third goal of the season, taking a throw-in from Rich and sprinting to the left side of the penalty box, slicing a shot to the right corner past a diving Gustie goalkeeper.
• Augsburg outshot Gustavus by a 17-6 margin, including a 9-5 advantage in shots on-frame, and held a 61-to-39-percent advantage in possession, but the Gusties gained the victory with 2:56 remaining, converting a penalty kick after a Gustie was taken down on a scoring attempt in the 18-yard box.
