Taliah Triggs kill, but the Knights scored five straight points and later pulled within 13-12 on an Ellewyn Swafford service ace. King and
Gwynn Gorter delivered consecutive kills, Gorter and
Lilly Wynn combined on a block, and after a Knights point, Triggs' kill and Carlson's ace pushed the Auggies to 18-13. The Knights cut the margin to 18-16, but the Auggies moved to 22-17 with kills from Wynn, Mitchell and Rogers around a Pilon ace, then reached set point on a Knights attack error before Triggs closed the 25-19 set with a kill.
The Knights scored the first five points of the third set, but the Auggies answered with a Triggs kill and a Carlson service run that included two aces and kills by Wynn and
Gwynn Gorter to tie it 5-5. Carlson recorded a season-high total of four serve aces. The Auggies later moved in front 9-8 on consecutive Mitchell kills, and after the Knights went ahead 11-10, blocks by King and Rogers and then Triggs and

Pilon registered a career-high total of six serve aces. After the Knights made it 20-18, kills by Mitchell and Triggs and a Knights setting error moved the Auggies to 23-18, and King and Triggs supplied the final two Auggies points in a 25-20 set win.
The Auggies started the fourth set with a
Gwynn Gorter-Wynn block, a Gorter kill and a Mitchell kill from King for a 3-1 lead, but the Knights answered with six straight points, including two Alexis Ormsby service aces, to go in front 7-3. Ricke and King put down kills during a three-point Auggies response that brought the set to 7-6, but the Knights rebuilt the gap and later scored four straight points, capped by kills from Jennifer Bricker and Ormsby, to lead 16-9. The Auggies trimmed an 18-10 deficit to 18-13 on a Carlson kill, a Knights error and another Carlson kill, then got as close as 21-17 before the Knights took four of the final five points, with Ellewyn Swafford delivering the last kill in a 25-18 set.
