NORTHFIELD, Minn. -- The Augsburg University men's and women's track and field teams competed at the Carleton College Meet of the Hearts on Saturday.
WOMEN'S HIGHLIGHTS
•
Allison Hookom (SR, Anoka, Minn./Anoka HS) won the women's 600-meter dash in 1:37.45, currently the fifth-fastest time among Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference runners and 23rd-fastest among NCAA Division III runners nationally.
Alwena Brix (SO, Plouay, France/Lycee Jean Mace, Rennes) placed ninth in 1:50.42,
Nathalie Hain (SO, Pfaffenhofen, Germany/Schyren-Gymnasium Pfaffenhofen) finished in 2:06.41 and
Emma Ryan (FY, St. Joseph, Minn./Rocori HS) finished in 2:09.75.

Nacia Griffin (SO, Golden Valley, Minn./Hopkins HS) finished in seventh place in the 55-meter dash, and recorded a 28.74-second time in the 200-meter dash.
Ta'Kia Campbell (JR, Eagan, Minn./Burnsville HS) finished in 8.08 seconds in the 55-meter dash.

Emaire Greene (FY, Jacksonville, Fla./Bishop John J. Snyder HS) finished in eighth place in the 400-meter dash in 1:05.82, while recording a 10.63-second time in the 55-meter hurdles.

Davi Worman (JR, Edina, Minn./Groves Academy HS) ran a 3:24.22 time in the 1,000-meter run and 7:01.93 time in the mile run.
•
Sanii Hansbrough (FY, Minneapolis, Minn./Southwest HS) recorded a 7.66-meter (25-feet-1.75) effort in the shot put.
MEN'S HIGHLIGHTS
• Augsburg's 4x200-meter relay of
Falens Byron (SO, Naples, Fla./Palmetto Ridge HS),
Jamir Horton (SO, Roseville, Minn./Roseville HS),
Foster Mulvehill (JR, New Brighton, Minn./Irondale HS) and
Vicente Bolivar (FY, Bennett, Colo./Kiowa HS) finished sixth in 1:34.89, and the 4x400-meter relay of
Tyler Anderson (FY, Burnsville, Minn./Apple Valley HS),
Kyler Bad Warrior (SO, Shakopee, Minn./V. Sue Cleveland (N.M.) HS),
Evan Bitengo (SO, Coon Rapids, Minn./Anoka HS) and Horton finished in seventh place in 3:44.99.
• Bolivar recorded a fifth-place finish in the long jump, with a 6.24-meter (20-feet-5.75) effort.

Henry Nelson (SR, St. Louis Park, Minn./St. Louis Park HS) finished in seventh place in the mile run with a 4:39.23 effort, while recording a 2:56.17 time in the 1,000-meter run.
Paul Yang (SO, St. Paul, Minn./Washington Tech Magnet HS) finished in 3:01.67 in the 1,000.

Shawn Huberty (FY, St. Paul, Minn./Washington Tech Magnet HS) placed ninth in the high jump with a 1.78-meter (5-feet-10.0) clearance.
• Anderson recorded an eighth-place finish in the 600-meter dash in 1:29.98, with Yang finishing in 1:31.29 and Bad Warrior finishing in 1:31.50.
Tanner Rouillard-Horne (SR, St. Paul, Minn./Harding HS) finished in 2:31.14 in the 800-meter run.
• In the sprints, Byron led the way with a 6.76-second time in the 55-meter dash, finishing in 10th place. Mulvehill ran in 6.99 seconds,
Nahom Negassie (FY, Minneapolis, Minn./Hopkins HS) ran in 7.03 seconds and
LaDondre Hubbard Rivera (FY, Brooklyn Park, Minn./Washington Tech Magnet HS) finished in 7.24 seconds.
• Negassie led the way for the Auggies with a 24.56-second effort in the 200, while
Hamza Mohamed (FY, Burnsville, Minn./Lakeville South HS) finished in 26.18 seconds and Hubbard Rivera finished in 26.30 seconds. Mohamed ran a 57.97-second time in the 400-meter dash.

D'Vante McElroy (FY, Apple Valley, Minn./Apple Valley HS) finished with an 11.31-meter (37-feet-1.25) toss in the shot put.
