MINNEAPOLIS -- The unusual wintry weather in the Upper Midwest in April has caused another Augsburg University baseball postponement, as Tuesday's (4/10) scheduled doubleheader with Macalester College has been postponed at Parade Stadium.

The Macalester doubleheader will be played on Thursday (4/12) at 12 p.m. at the Woodside Sports Complex in Mauston, Wis. (Click here for map - 4217 W50th Street, Mauston, WI 53948). There will be a $3 admission charge for the doubleheader.

Meanwhile, the Auggies will be adding a game to their schedule on Wednesday (4/11) at 4 p.m., taking on the Division I University of Minnesota in a single, nine-inning game at Siebert Field in Minneapolis. It will be the 50th time that Augsburg has played the Golden Gophers in baseball, dating to the 1930 season. Minnesota is 47-1-1 against its Twin Cities neighbor.
