HOW IT HAPPENED

Marlynne Deede (FY, Springville, Utah/Springville HS) went 1-2 at 155 pounds and scored a 10-0, technical fall victory in the consolation round.

Bel Snyder (SO, Deer Creek, Minn./Wadena-Deer Creek HS) and
Savannah Vold (SO, Rochester, Minn./Mayo HS) both went 0-2 on the day, competing at 123 and 130 pounds, respectively.
• As a team, Augsburg finished 14th in the tournament with two points.

• Augsburg is now idle for the holidays, and returns to action on Jan. 10-11 at the National Wrestling Coaches Association National Duals in Louisville, Ky.
