SUPERIOR, Wis. –
Jack Berry (FY, Rogers, Minn./Rogers HS) finished in a tie for fifth as an individual with a 4-over-par 148, leading the Augsburg University men's golf team at the University of Wisconsin-Superior Twin Ports Collegiate tournament on Saturday and Sunday.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Berry shot a 3-under-par 69 in his opening round, which featured six birdies, then followed it up with a 79 total on Sunday to tie for fifth place in the 80-golfer field with his 148 total.

Zachary Reim (SO, Shoreview, Minn./Gentry Academy HS) finished in a tie for 23rd place with a 156 (79-77) total, while
Vince Bertram (JR, St. Cloud, Minn./St. Cloud Tech HS) tied his career-best 36-hole score of 157 (78-79) for the second straight week to tie for 26th.

Hunter Ubel (JR, Lino Lakes, Minn./Centennial HS) and
Nick Mountain (SR, Woodbury, Minn./Hill-Murray HS) both shot 159 (Ubel 78-81, Mountain 83-76) to tie for 35th place.
• Competing as individuals,
Logan Gravink (SO, Andover, Minn./Andover HS) shot 158 (81-77) to tie for 32nd place,
Cole Jonart (SO, St. Paul, Minn./Highland Park HS) shot 165 (87-78) to tie for 52nd, and
Max Gundlach (SO, New Brighton, Minn./Irondale HS) and
Conner Schneider (SO, Sun Prairie, Wis./Shattuck-St. Mary's HS) each shot 166 (Gundlach 89-77, Schneider 83-83) to tie for 54th place.
• As a team, Augsburg finished in fourth place in the 10-school, 13-team tournament with a two-day total of 615 (304-311).
