MOUNT VERNON, Iowa -- Augsburg University men's wrestlers won six titles and claimed 22 placewinners in competition at the Cornell College Cliff Keen-Mike Duroe Invitational on Saturday.

• Augsburg dominated the 17-team tournament, with its 28 wrestlers winning six titles and claiming 22 placewinners. Auggie wrestlers combined for a 108-37 record, with 62 bonus-point victories -- 30 pins, 18 technical falls and 14 major decisions.
• No 5-ranked 157-pounder
Karsen Otis (SO, Combined Locks, Wis./Kimberly HS) improved to 24-3 on the season with his weight-class title, his second tournament victory of the season. Otis opened with two first-period pins and a 10-1 major decision, and edged teammate
Cole Dummer (FY, Union Grove, Wis./Union Grove HS) 2-0 in the finals. Dummer went 4-1 with a pin and technical fall to improve to 22-3.
• No. 5-ranked 285-pounder
Tyler Raway (SR, Wyoming, Minn./Forest Lake HS) went 5-0 with three pins and a technical fall to win his weight class, improving to 22-3 with his third tournament title of the season. He also beat an Auggie teammate in the finals, pinning
Keegan Kuball (FY, Waterville, Minn./Waterville-Elysian-Morristown HS) in overtime. Kuball went 3-1, with a 2-1 overtime win over No. 10-ranked Markos Mihalopoulos of Wisconsin-La Crosse, to improve to 24-3 on the year.
• No. 10-ranked 141-pounder
Cole Becker (SR, Albertville, Minn./St. Michael-Albertville HS) went 5-0 with a technical fall, two major decisions and a 4-1 victory over No. 12-ranked Talan Schutte of Wisconsin-La Crosse in the finals, to win his weight class and improve to 21-5 on the year.
• At 197 pounds, No. 8-ranked
Ethan Winkelman (SO, Hudson, Wis./Hudson HS) scored four straight victories by pin to win his weight class. He pinned No. 14-ranked Jackson Brinker of host Cornell in 3:25 in the finals to improve to 23-3 on the season with 14 pins.

Lucas Jagodzinske (SR, Sherburn, Minn./Martin County West HS) scored four bonus-point victories -- a pin, technical fall and two major decisions -- to score the 149-pound weight-class title, improving to 21-4 with his first tournament victory of the year.

Owen Griesbach (FY, Marshfield, Wis./Marshfield HS) improved to 22-4 on the season, capturing the 184-pound title. He had three pins and a technical fall in his title run for his third tournament title of the season, and first on the elite level.

Chance Suddeth (JR, Stoughton, Wis./Stoughton HS) went 4-1 with a technical fall and major decision to finish in second place, moving to 17-10 on the season.

Nick Alexander (JR, Kaukauna, Wis./Wrightstown HS) went 4-1, with a 1-0 win over No. 12-ramked Mike Slade of Wartburg (Iowa) in the semifinals, to finish second at 174 pounds. He had a technical fall in his rtournament run, improving to 13-12 on the season.

• Augsburg, ranked No. 2 in both the tournament and dual-meet Division III national rankings by the National Wrestling Coaches Association, travels to face the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, ranked No. 3 in both rankings, in a dual meet next Saturday (11/24) at 2 p.m.
