ST. PAUL, Minn. -- The Augsburg University women's swimming and diving team competed in a triangular meet with Morningside College at Hamline University on Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Kaitlynne Haag (SO, Fargo, N.D./West Fargo Sheyenne HS) competed in three events, finishing in third place in the 50-yard freestyle (30.69 seconds), fifth in the 100-yard freestyle (1:05.81) and seventh in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:23.64).
• Maya Merritt (JR, Inver Grove Heights, Minn./Simley HS) placed fifth in the 100-yard backstroke (1:29.68) and sixth in the 100-yard freestyle (1:24.52).
• Diver Willow Hansen (FY, Minneapolis, Minn./PIM Arts HS) recorded a 104.75 score in the one-meter event.

• Augsburg finishes its 2022-23 season at the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Championships on Feb. 15-18 at the University of Minnesota's Jean K. Freeman Aquatic Center in Minneapolis.
