MEET RESULTS

MOORHEAD, Minn. -- Morgan Mangel (SR, St. Cloud, Minn./St. Cloud Tech HS) and Kaitlynne Haag (FY, Fargo, N.D./West Fargo Sheyenne HS) scored event wins for the Augsburg University women's swimming and diving team during a dual meet at Concordia College-Moorhead on Saturday.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• In her lone solo event of the day, Mangel won the 100-yard freestyle in a season-best 57.27 seconds.
• Making her collegiate debut, Haag claimed an event win in the 100-yard breaststroke, finishing in 1:17.66.
• Kristin Kaldahl (JR, Aurora, Minn./Mesabi East HS) finished second in the 200-yard freestyle (2:34.01) and 200-yard individual medley (3:08.62).
• Sasha Perez-Ortiz (FY, Brooklyn Center, Minn./Hopkins HS) finished second in the 50-yard freestyle (30.15 seconds), while Maya Merritt (FY, Inver Grove Heights, Minn./Simley HS) finished second in the 100-yard backstroke (1:25.18), and Beth Milam (FY, Princeton, Minn./Princeton HS) finished second in the 500-yard freestyle (6:03.23). Lily Helmer (FY, Fridley, Minn./Fridley HS) finished second in the 100-yard butterfly (1:19.15)
• Alyssa Maciewski (SO, East Bethel, Minn./Coon Rapids HS) made her season debut in the one-meter diving event, scoring a career-best 158.75 six-dive score.
• Augsburg's 200-yard medley relay (Mangel, Haag, Helmer, Milam) won the event in 2:06.38, and the 200-yard freestyle relay (Milam, Haag, Perez Oritz, Mangel) finished second in 1:50.34.

• Augsburg and Concordia will both compete at a triangular meet at St. Catherine University next Friday (2/26) at 7 p.m.
