2022 MIAC MEN'S SOCCER ATHLETES OF THE WEEK

MINNEAPOLIS -- Augsburg University forward Mizael Harris (FY, Portland, Ore./La Salle Catholic College Prep HS) was named Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Men's Soccer Offensive Athlete of the Week, it was announced on Monday.

Harris scored six goals and had two assists for 14 points in the last week, as Augsburg won a pair of games to improve to 10-2-4 overall and 3-2-3 in MIAC play. On Tuesday, he scored four goals with two assists, tying single-game school records for both goals and points (10), in Augsburg's 9-0 win at North Central (Minn.). On Friday, he scored two goals and drew a penalty kick for the fourth time this season in Augsburg's 6-2 win over regionally-ranked Wisconsin-Whitewater.

On the season, Harris now has seven goals and seven assists for 21 points -- ranking seventh in the MIAC's overall statistics in goals, fifth in assists in fifth in points.

Augsburg closes the regular season with a pair of MIAC games this week, hosting St. Olaf on Wednesday (10/26) at 7:30 p.m. at Edor Nelson Field, and playing at Bethel on Saturday (10/29) at 3:30 p.m. in Arden Hills, Minn.
