TOURNAMENT RESULTS
ALTOONA, Wis. – With three golfers finishing in the top 39 in a competitive field, the Augsburg University men's golf team finished eighth at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Frank Wrigglesworth-Blugold Invitational, held on Sunday and Monday.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Augsburg was led by
Stellan Orvick (SR, Minneapolis, Minn./Washburn HS), who finished in 14th place in the 107-golfer field with a 36-hole total of 9-over-par 151 (75-76). Orvick leads the Auggies with a career-best 73.1 stroke average. He has scored 154 or better in all 11 of his collegiate 36-hole tournaments.
• As a team, Augsburg finished in eighth place in the 11-school, 18-team tournament with a two-day total of 625 (307-318).

Sawyer Bailey (SR, Eden Prairie, Minn./Minnetonka HS) and
Fritz Belisle (SR, Red Wing, Minn./Red Wing HS) tied for 39th place with totals of 159 (Bailey 72-87, Belisle 82-77).

Vincent Weis (SR, Madison, Wis./Edgewood HS) shot 232 (79-73-80) finished in a tie for 52nd place with a 162 (80-82) total, and
River Goodmanson (SR, Buffalo, Minn./Buffalo HS) rounded out the Augsburg lineup with a 163 (80-83) total, tying for 57th place.

Reece Moore (FY, Minneapolis, Minn./South HS) shot 177 (92-85),

Zach Woodhead (SR, Orono, Minn./Orono HS) shot 180 (91-89),
Andrew Hicks (SR, Minnetonka, Minn./Minnetonka HS) shot 182 (92-90) and
Vince Bertram (FY, St. Cloud, Minn./St. Cloud Tech HS) shot 188 (93-95).
