TOURNAMENT RESULTS
MAPLEWOOD, Minn. –
Hunter Ubel (SO, Lino Lakes, Minn./Centennial HS) shot a career-best 36-hole total of 160, leading the Augsburg University men's golf team at its home spring invitational, held on Sunday and Monday.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Ubel had rounds of 78 and 82 for a two-day total of 160, tying for 11th place in the three-team, 22-player meet.
• As a team, the Auggies finished in third place with a 649 total, with St. Olaf College winning the triangular meet with a 602 total and the College of St. Scholastica finishing second with a 620 total.

Nick Mountain (JR, Woodbury, Minn./Hill-Murray HS) finished in 14th place with a 164 (83-81) total, while
Max Gundlach (FY, New Brighton, Minn./Irondale HS) shot a season-best 166 (86-80) to tie for 15th with teammate
Cole Jonart (FY, St. Paul, Minn./Highland Park HS), who also had a season-best 166 (86-80).
Vince Bertram (SO, St. Cloud, Minn./St. Cloud Tech HS) rounded out the Auggie lineup with a 169 (79-90) total, tying for 17th.
• Two Augsburg players made their collegiate debuts over the weekend, competing as individuals.
Conner Schneider (FY, Sun Prairie, Wis./Shattuck-St. Mary's HS) shot 171 (83-88), and
Logan Gravink (FY, Andover, Minn./Andover HS) shot 183 (92-91).
