MINNEAPOLIS --
Alwena Brix (SO, Plouay, France/Lycee Jean Mace, Rennes) claimed an event victory for Augsburg University in the women's 600-meter dash, leading the Auggie track and field teams at the University of Minnesota Jack Johnson Classic on Friday.
WOMEN'S HIGHLIGHTS
• Brix won the 600-meter dash in 1:52.38, with
Nathalie Hain (SO, Pfaffenhofen, Germany/Schyren-Gymnasium Pfaffenhofen) finishing second in a season-best 2:11.70 and
Emma Ryan (FY, St. Joseph, Minn./Rocori HS) finishing third in 2:15.94.

Allison Hookom (SR, Anoka, Minn./Anoka HS) finished third in the 400-meter dash in 58.40 seconds, followed by
Emaire Greene (FY, Jacksonville, Fla./Bishop John J. Snyder HS) in 1:08.29. Greene also ran the 60-meter hurdles in 12.08 seconds, and Hookom competed in the 60-meter dash preliminaries in 8.22 seconds.

Nacia Griffin (SO, Golden Valley, Minn./Hopkins HS) set times of 8.30 and 8.34 seconds in the 60-meter dash, and 29.32 seconds in the 200-meter dash.

Davi Worman (JR, Edina, Minn./Groves Academy HS) finished with a 7:16.37 time in the mile run.

Sanii Hansbrough (FY, Minneapolis, Minn./Southwest HS) had a 6.99-meter (22-feet-11.25) effort in the shot put.
MEN'S HIGHLIGHTS

Jamir Horton (SO, Roseville, Minn./Roseville HS) scored a third-place finish in the 60-meter hurdles, finishing in 9.55 seconds.
Tyler Anderson (FY, Burnsville, Minn./Apple Valley HS) finished fourth in 10.65 seconds.

D'Vante McElroy (FY, Apple Valley, Minn./Apple Valley HS) claimed a fourth-place finish in the triple jump, in a personal-best 13.28 meters (43-feet-7.0), while placing sixth in the shot put with an 11.82-meter (38-feet-9.5) effort.

Shawn Huberty (FY, St. Paul, Minn./Washington Tech Magnet HS) finished in third place in the high jump with a 1.85-meter (6-feet-0.75) clearance.

Henry Nelson (SR, St. Louis Park, Minn./St. Louis Park HS) set a personal-best time in the mile run, finishing third in 4:40.95.

Vicente Bolivar (FY, Bennett, Colo./Kiowa HS) finished fifth in the long jump in a personal-best 6.42 meters (21-feet-0.75).

Paul Yang (SO, St. Paul, Minn./Washington Tech Magnet HS) finished in a season-best 2:11.41 in the 800-meter run, with
Tanner Rouillard-Horne (SR, St. Paul, Minn./Harding HS) finishing in 2:36.68.

Falens Byron (SO, Naples, Fla./Palmetto Ridge HS) led the Auggie sprinters with a personal-best 24.42 seconds in the 200-meter dash, finishing seventh, while also recording a 7.24-second time in the 60-meter dash.
Foster Mulvehill (JR, New Brighton, Minn./Irondale HS) finished in 7.73 seconds in the 60 and 24.62 seconds in the 200-meter dash.

Evan Bitengo (SO, Coon Rapids, Minn./Anoka HS) finished in a personal-best 25.14 seconds in the 200-meter dash.
Nahom Negassie (FY, Minneapolis, Minn./Hopkins HS) finished in 7.53 seconds in the 60, and
LaDondre Hubbard Rivera (FY, Brooklyn Park, Minn./Washington Tech Magnet HS) finished in 7.81 seconds in the 60.
Hamza Mohamed (FY, Burnsville, Minn./Lakeville South HS) finished in 59.33 seconds in the 400-meter dash.
