MEET RESULTS

ST. PAUL, Minn. – The Augsburg University men's and women's track and field teams continued their outdoor seasons on Saturday, competing at the Hamline University Invitational on a windy spring day in St. Paul.

MEN'S HIGHLIGHTS
• Varney Conneh (JR, Champlin, Minn./Champlin Park HS) was the top individual finisher for Augsburg, placing ninth in the 100-meter dash with a time of 11.25 seconds.
• Fritz Landherr (JR, Tracy, Minn./Tracy Area HS) clocked a time of 52.99 seconds in the 400-meter dash, placing him in 17th place overall.
•  Sakariya Hussien (JR, Hopkins, Minn./Hopkins HS) finished in 22nd place in the 5000-meter run with a new personal-best time of 15.51.45 and Getinat Asfaw (SO, Eagan, Minn./Rosemount HS) was just behind him in 29th place, establishing a collegiate-best time of 16:04.56.
• The 4x400-meter relay team of Sharrod Longs Jr. (FY, Minneapolis, Minn./South HS), Bereket Wondimu (SO, Eagan, Minn./Burnsville HS), Asfaw, and Landherr took seventh place with a time of 3:35.04.

WOMEN'S HIGHLIGHTS

• Jordan Terry (SR, Shakopee, Minn./Shakopee HS) placed 13th in the long jump with a distance of 4.74 meters.
• Mya Bishop (SO, St. Paul Minn./Highland HS) finished 14th in the 400-meter dash, clocking a time of 1:04.21. She also raced in the 100-meter dash, taking 23rd place and setting a new personal record with a time of 13.71 seconds

• The Auggies will compete at the Tomcat Twilight hosted by the University of St. Thomas on Wednesday, 4/13 in St. Paul, Minn.
