RESULTS
ST. PAUL, Minn. – The Augsburg University men's and women's track and field teams were back in action on Saturday afternoon, competing at the Holst Invitational hosted by Concordia-St. Paul at Sea Foam Stadium.
MEN'S HIGHLIGHTS
•
Cody Rieder (JR, Delano, Minn./Delano HS) was the top overall finisher, placing second in the 10,000-meter run with a time of 34:14.71.
•
Getinat Asfaw (SO, Eagan, Minn./Rosemount HS) finished 17th in the 1500 meter, clocking a time of 4:09.36.
Sakariya Hussien (JR, Hopkins, Minn./Hopkins HS) was just a few seconds behind, grabbing 21st place with a time of 4:12.45.

Bereket Wondimu (SO, Eagan, Minn./Burnsville HS) finished the 800 meter with a time of 2:04.47. good for 18th overall.
•
Brandon Doe (FY, Roseville, Minn./Irondale HS) grabbed 19th place in the 110-meter hurdles preliminaries, finishing in 16.38 seconds.
•
Aaron Puent (JR, La Crosse, Wis./La Crosse Aquinas HS) also nabbed a 19th-place finish, clocking a 11:59.13 in the 3000-meter steeplechase.
• The 4x100-meter relay team of Doe,
Taron Busby (SR, Minneapolis, Minn./Hope Academy HS),
Sharrod Longs Jr. (FY, Minneapolis, Minn./South HS), and
Varney Conneh (JR, Champlin, Minn./Champlin Park HS) finished fifth with a time of 44.38 seconds.
WOMEN'S HIGHLIGHTS
•
Annabel Lantz (FY, Afton, Minn./Stillwater Area HS) finished 25th in the 400-meter dash with a time of 1:12.47.
•
Mya Bishop (SO, St. Paul Minn./Highland HS) landed in 29th place in the 200-meter dash with a time of 28.05 seconds and in 32nd place in the 100-meter dash with a time of 13.54 seconds.
•
Jordan Terry (SR, Shakopee, Minn./Shakopee HS) finished 23rd in the long jump with a distance o 4.67 meters. She also competed in the 100-meter dash, finishing 36th with a time of 13.76 seconds.

• The Auggies will compete at the Drake Relays in Des Moines, Iowa on Friday (4/29) and Saturday (4/30).
