A health and physical education major at Augsburg, Marsh served as an assistant manager of athletic facilities and assistant baseball coach at Augsburg for seven years. He went on to be the first general manager of the Vadnais Sports Center before transitioning to a role as a service adviser in the automotive industry. Pat lives in Roseville, Minnesota with his wife, Katie, and sons, Owen and Evan.
